These terms apply to your use of the Talaby app, website, and related services. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the app or its services.

2. Service Description

Talaby is an educational app for teachers to manage classes, students, attendance, schedules, assignments, quizzes, grades, portfolios, and PDF reports. Features may change or improve over time.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. You must use the app lawfully and only for data you are authorized to manage.

4. Talaby Pro Subscription

Talaby offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchases. Talaby Pro may unlock cloud backup, attachments, student submission links, student barcodes, and other professional features.

• The subscription duration and price are shown before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the purchase is confirmed.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription from your Apple account settings or the subscription management link inside the app.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Subscription cancellation and refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies. Canceling stops the next renewal, and access may continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, bypass subscriptions, or use student links in a harmful or unauthorized way. Talaby may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Talaby processes data needed to operate the service, protect accounts, and provide features. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a stable service, but some features may be affected by maintenance, connectivity, or third-party services such as Apple and Firebase. We may update these terms or app features when needed.

9. Limitation of Liability

The app provides tools to support teachers, but users remain responsible for reviewing data and reports before relying on them officially. Talaby is not responsible for misuse or inaccurate user-entered data.
